I used silicone before, but I will try WD as a water repellent. It's cheaper than silicone. Thanks for the idea!
We used stainless steel cleaner on our windshield back in the day as a water repellent, worked great
Bro I 100% sure feel you on this one. I love WD-40. I’ve been using that as penetration oil on my old lady for years. You can use it on connectors and even revive engine covers
I’ve never tried wd40 on glass for any reason. I always assumed it would smear the crap out of the glass and you wouldn’t be able to see out of it. You mentioned water repellent will wd work as well as rainx ?
My paint was squeaking & grinding as soon as I accelerate. Just tried those & my clearcoat hasn’t moved like this in years! Thank you!
You're a genius, I'll put one in my car right away.
I’ve found that silicone spray actually works really well for cleaning wiper blades. My wiper blades are 7 years old and they still work well, just gotta clean them every once in a while.
Looking beautiful today, Mr. Thumb!
OMG I’ve been using window cleaner all these years!
Better then rain x
Would it work on paint and if so would it damage the paint ?
I just use my wipers and washer fluid if it's on the windshield but that is interesting
Yep 👍
That’s crazy
Its not gonna be streaky? And i have 2 cans in my van lmao
Whatever you do, don’t use Rain X glass cleaner + water repellent! It’s garbage, leaves a film that is really hard to get off!
Does it affect the glare effect and visibility?
I don't wash my car well I do once a year but my friend uses poleks he's a mechanic and he says it's the best. What you think about it
Along with some super glue in your must have bag. Yiu never know when your gonna slice yourself😂
