hi madeleine, first of all thank u so much for all your videos and workouts. you can tell how much effort u put into them and it's so appreciated, I've been doing them regularly for a bit more than a month now and I'm already seeing results I didn't see for months at the gym lol. i would love to see more wrist-friendly exercises too if u ever feel like doing them !! mine are so weak i struggle with some positions haha

I just discovered your channel. I could only do the first 8 minutes, but, since I am starting to exercise this is a really good beginning. Thank You so much for posting here on You Tube. I love that there is a continual flow from one movement to the next, that none of the movements last for any excess amount of time and is therefore doable, and also that there is no talking. Thank You from the bottom of my being for your channel.
