Hey Lisa! I have a really good salad recipe for you and I think you would enjoy it. The salad consists of baby spinach, uncooked, strawberries, avocado and feta cheese. But the thing that makes the salad is the dressing. It’s made of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and mustard, but if it’s too sour you can add a bit of brown sugar. After that you sprinkle crushed nuts any would do. Hope you see this and hope you enjoy!
