Go to setting, look for lock screen and press. Turn off pocket mode and your good to go ( If still don't work, the phone interior is damaged, bring it to a repair shop. )

SOLUTION: 1) this problem doesn't occur while charging. 2) try turning on battery saver 3) use your phone on low brightness and don't let it overheat

Its a update glitch or bug I guess har update ke baad ek nayi problem aati hai 1 update me screen ka beech me blank ho jana 2 update app crash ho jana and 3 update teeno problem ek sath hona and now I can say that xiomi product is a cheapest product ever don't buy xiomi or redmi products if you want dissent phone then buy vivo or oppo this two are the best phones for low budget people

I have that problem too. I play roblox, the screen freeze but its still okay just that i cant touch the screen. Only fix when i wait or turn off ans on my phone again WHICH I CANT DO BECAUSE ROBLOX WILL CLOSE
