Two things, I liked the checked top with the ruffle piece you took off the bottom (4:32). It made the shirt look more finished. The skirt with ruffles is adorable and you could make another one with different layers of lace that was midi length or knee length. both would be your style and good for Florida. And I wish you showed the black checked top with the white skirt. That would be a good combo.

Hi, I am a fan. I have been fixing some things I had that I didn't wear. They are now a part of my wardrobe.!!! I would get a table if I were you. It can be the type that folds up so you can put it away. It makes everything so much easier because you have a hard surface and can mark things and cut more easily.

I don't like the white straps as much as the first straps. The first straps were sexyer. The white straps look more like for a five year Olds top.
