Tony love it brother.  I’m 60 workout 6 days a week. Been using some of your workouts. I still spar and box 3 times a week.  I have found doing 1 minute exercise with 30 second rest is reshaping my body.  Especially with push-ups. To your point about speed and igniting those muscles has increased my oxygen and reps. Try this push-up end of workout.  5 rounds. 1 minute work 30 second rest.   Do 3-7-10-10-7-3 pushups per round.  It took me a month to finally do it.  Keep doing what your doing. Lots of us old timers out here still grinding it out.

Not sure about pull ups but you can also do breath hold sprints for full hypoxic effect. love this idea anyway coach

Just to add on ,

This is my 2nd comment from a few minutes ago, on your oscillation video [ im late into his channel, 2025 ] 

About breath holding towards the exhale, it helps with increased blood flow, because of the increased CO2, which dilates the vessels. 

The same breathe work that more famous Utubers like Wim hoff and PAtrick McKeown’s oxygen advantage , give it a read folks . 

And by holding breathes, like those of weight lifters and sprinters, your body temporary slows down other portion of your CNS, allowing it go into flow…. Because there’s less variable .
