Not sure about pull ups but you can also do breath hold sprints for full hypoxic effect. love this idea anyway coach

Just to add on , This is my 2nd comment from a few minutes ago, on your oscillation video [ im late into his channel, 2025 ] About breath holding towards the exhale, it helps with increased blood flow, because of the increased CO2, which dilates the vessels. The same breathe work that more famous Utubers like Wim hoff and PAtrick McKeown’s oxygen advantage , give it a read folks . And by holding breathes, like those of weight lifters and sprinters, your body temporary slows down other portion of your CNS, allowing it go into flow…. Because there’s less variable .
