That little stud is most definitely for customizability. It makes sense for a theme that focuses a whole lot on customization to have an option to customize the trailer to what you want.

What I really like about these sets is that there no stickers the bricks are already printed and the heads are made for these sets and its Animal Crossing ❤😂

Re using parts in this instance isn’t “lazy,” it is efficient when considering production and how fast these sets gets serviced/ run out. Could also be that they didn’t have a 1x2 in that orange color available so it’s resourceful

I noticed that the camper has a socket connection, is that the same size as the kk van? It seems like thats sorta there to encourage mixing and matching and play stuff. I also noticed the able's roof looked very similar to the house sets, can you confirm if it can be swapped out for them?
