After I finished the 1 month plan , I just had to do more , now I’m on the two week plan and the one week plan combined and it’s totally worth it !! Down 13 pounds in a month 🎉❤

im glad i've gotten this far. the two week challenge is definitely working so far. its small subtle changes ive been noticing but there is definitely a difference
