Do you have any formal qualifications? You just sound like a guy who googled some stuff and you felt inclined to repeat dogma that's been around for as long as western countries have been suffering from high disease rates. For instance the "body thermodynamics" oversimplified theory that you repeat has been completely shredded for a while now. Read Gary Taubes' books.
