I make cold brew at home, I prefer it over most other coffee. A few tips: 1. If you have a coffee grinder, buy whole coffee beans and grind it yourself. Its best to grind to the same coarseness as you would use for French Press, possibly a little coarser. Pre-ground coffee is going to be finer than this. 2. Cold brew coffee lasts for 2 weeks in the fridge. I only make approx 6 cups worth at a time, and mine doesn't usually last that long. But if it does, throw it out after 2 weeks.

That cucumber concoction has been in my rotation the past 6 months and it is so good. Ended up making my own chili oil using avocado oil, and it turned out pretty good
