Sorry to hear about your friend. Love and comfort to you all. What a beautiful thing to do for the family.
I love how Daddy Jack just continues to chop with the knife while looking up...like a champ! Rachel, I'm not saying it needs it 💃🏽 That was awesome. Love these older videos too!
Thank you so much Jack for the knowledge that you bestow upon all of us. RIP Joe.

Jack is amazing! truly my favorite Chef!
if you take the onion and put it in the fridge for an hour it will keep the sulfuric acid to a minimum . ikeep mine in the fridge anyway so never an issue
Your videos keep popping up on my page. I will forever miss your uploads. I was also planning a short road trip to New London . I always drive by there every time I visit Boston and go to NYC. R.I.P. DJ. I’ll never unsubscribe your channel.

Another fine retro video, from our hero " Daddy " Jack Chaplin, yes,and once again, we note a predecessor of Axel, " Fritz " Chaplin, of whom Jack spoke fondly of in prior segment. They're part of us many, yes!

Jack should be on a podcast, or even make an episode himself. All those years working in a kitchen/restaurant I know he's got some genuine stories.
