Iisalo is actually the guy that has brought back the high PnR. The Grizzlies hired Noah LaRoche who was the brain behind the free-flow, equal pooprtunity offense that featured the least amount of PnR touches of Ja's career. If you watch Iisalo's offenses in Europe, they are centered around a fast guard that utilizes the high PnR to seek out mismatches. The career low PnR touches for Ja, combined with the lingering shoulder injury, is why his numbers have been down this year. Peep the record and Ja's numbers since March started and when Jenkins was fired. I can promise that the Grizzlies are not going to trade Ja this offseason. Ja had expressed that he was frustrated with and did not like Noah LaRoche's offense, so firing Jenkins and LaRoche was literally a move that supports Ja's wants.
