Try whipping your butter next time for about 5min on med then 2min on high and then add all you ingredients and whip till incorporated:)) itâll really elevate the butter and make it sooo fluffy and delicious!!

What I do with fried rice is spreading out on a baking tray, put some butter spray on it and put it in oven and it gets really dry and crispy
