Guinevere's ultimate wouldn't be affected by this. But her 2nd skill would be. That's why they recently increase her 2nd airborne duration.

To make up for these changes, devs did the following: 1. Tough Boots now has 25% Resilience instead of 30% 2. Brute Force Breastplate's Resilience is buffed to 25% instead of 15%. (If you use Tough Boots and Max Stacks Brute Force Breastplate, it's a buff because you now have 50% Resilience instead of 45%.) 3. Rock Potion no longer offers Resilience. 4. Devs will probably adjust the Airborne times of some heroes. They already started with Guin.
