Thank you for your videos. I’m an old broken down lady and rarely leave my house. I have a grandson living in Mesa and I can’t travel to see Arizona. These help me see the state he lives in. I appreciate that.
When I lived in SoCal and worked for a FD, I was the designated rattlesnake catcher. Through 30+ years, I caught a couple dozen, both at the job and at my home in Carlsbad. Jeans won't protect you from the bite of a startled snake, snake chaps will. Carrying a stick, not a golf club, is also a good idea. A rattlesnake bite causes tissue necrosis, dead tissue that will never regenerate, so they are nothing to play with or ignore. Word to the wise.
I love the music you play when your drone is flying. Great job of editing and filming!!
Very impressed that you are polite and think of others. Seems to be a rare quality these days. Againgreat video.
I lived in Apache Junction for many years and I love getting these Birds Eye views of my old stomping grounds!
I lived in Phoenix for most of my life (not now!) and these videos from a drone are the best way I’ve ever seen of the Superstitions! It’s a place where many who live there will never see! Thanks!
I have had quite a few rattlesnake encounters. They’re not looking to bite people, they’re just trying to stay alive. Great video!
I used to take my kids out prospecting and we only had two encounters with rattlesnakes. We left them alone and they left us alone. Love your show Jessie👍
That dirt road that ended at the gate was also at the trailhead to see the Salt River Overlook. I was there last week and really, really wished I had a drone. It's a spectacular view, well worth the hike.
Yup, I'm born and raised in the Mojave... still live here. I've seen plenty of rattlesnakes, and 100% the majority of them have been on or near roads or trails because they were trying to keep warm or hunting for food at dusk. The next most common is around rocks. They love rocks. The biggest tip I have it to LISTEN. They will almost always warn you. Also... most of the snakes you'll encounter aren't even rattlesnakes. Many of them are harmless (to humans), even beneficial. It helps to have a basic understanding of snake biology and behavior if you're going to be adventuring out in the desert. You quickly learn where they might be hiding.
Thanks from Bavaria/Germany with sub and like. We lived '78 to '80 in Texas when I was six. We never went to AZ for vacation, now I'm 52 and I miss the States. Thanks for your great video, thumbs up 👍👍👍
I just found your channel and I will say I am very impressed with you footage, editing and your narration. Very well done and new subscriber!
Your drone footage and your hiking and the ruin are great
This is such familiar territory for me! My husband and I lived in AZ for 14 years. We lived in Pinetop and made the drive to Mesa frequently. As we got older, we decided to move back east. It’s lovely here in northern Georgia, but I do miss the grandeur of Arizona. ❤❤❤
Thanks for posting~ The scenery & landscape of the Superstitions is on my bucket list. I've traveled around other areas of AZ, but not there. Cheers☆
That lake is stunning. Caverns are very cool. Beautiful country.
I really enjoy your videos, the scenery, & the commentary, it’s interesting, & very informative! I like the music you’ve chosen, as it adds to the video. Thanks for sharing. Keep them coming. ♥️🐶♥️
That was fasinating. Such beauty in the desert, and you never know what you may find. Pictures were so clear. I also like the music, went perfect with the video. 👍😊
Regarding the rattle snakes, not every hospital in Arizona has anti venom. Just in case you need to know this information. Love your videos! I’ve lived in Arizona since my birth several decades ago. Fun seeing the places your drone goes!
