Is that Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever?? I am so interested in the breed but they are so rare where I live in CA. They seem calm, intelligent and playful. How is training( I am an experienced dog owner, I’ve had many breeds, only one or two I might not do again)

It must be a joy every day when you see them enjoying life to the full There is a lot of responsibility, but I would do it in an instant if I had the proper house salad job, especially taking them from a shelter.. There are so many dogs in shelters .it's actually shocking ❤

i’ve noticed a lot of people that tend to make that comment are people that do not train their dogs! It would make sense that it would be too much for *them*, but they underestimate the ability of the person they’re talking to and end up projecting that. Not always the case, but a pattern i have noticed!
