I used to work at Disney, and the eyes of the good people were always made to look bigger to appeal to a younger demographic.. Look at the eyes of all the princesses, for example..

Interestingly, several Disney villains have been modeled after drag culture and even specific queens

It's worth noting the purple eyeshadow trope or stereotype commonly used on female characters that are meant to be "sultry", "sassy", and/or "sexy" in nature.

A few to name would be Jessica Rabbit, Rouge The Bat (I am so sorry), Peg from Lady In The Tramp.

So yeah! There's certain designs that creators use to portray characters a certain way to the audience. It can create stereotypes and influence perception!

the nose is a feature in villains/heroes too

Gotta remember...many Disney characters were inspired by real people. Snow White's design was inspired by actress Hedy Lamarr, Ariel was inspired by actress Alyssa Milano, and Pocahontas was inspired by actress Tia Carrere
