Ina's question made no sense, but I still kinda get where she's coming from. "Movement speed increase" is about as un-ambiguous as it gets, but other stat changes can be that confusing, even with all context the game gives you. Especially vague values like "attack rate" fall under that. How do you calculate that "rate"? Is it attacks per minute, so +20% means "20% faster"? Or is it based on the time between attacks, so +20% is "20% slower"? Or maybe it's the chance to hit? If the latter, what's the base rate the "+20%" gets applied to? Or is it a flat additive bonus...?
