Day four complete! Whew....I really felt the burn of today's workout. Not looking forward to tomorrow's soreness lol. Surprisingly, this has been the easiest workout for me. I was shocked when it ended because it went by so fast! I think I might do another round of day four exercises in the morning. Good job to everyone participating! I believe in us.

I have noticed that we have 25 days of this challange! So thank you for understanding girls needs and that we will not be able to do a workout during 4-7 days. That helps me feel motivated, cause I am getting upset if have to skip some days

это определённо лучшая тренировка! Раньше мне было настолько лень заниматься спортом, что я срывалась через 2 дня. Но сейчас с тренировками Медлен у меня появилась куча мотивации и сил заниматься!! прошло 4 дня тренировок и я уже чувствую себя лучше, чем раньше. Тело немного подтянулось, начали уходить отеки и ушел уже почти 1 кг!

this is DEFINITELY a step up from the previous one month plan and I am loving it! I am able to follow along to (almost) the entire workout without pausing!! So happy and proud of myself! Progress Day 1:✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3:✅ Day 4:✅
OH MY GOD…i know i said this on every workout but this one ih definitely the most sweating one…im so proud of everyone and myself lol❤. Thank u Madeline so much…And i wanted to say that this lower body workout was so much different and harder than the old ones,im so happy that u made it harder ly all so much and good job everyone❤ Day 4✅

Day 4: I went out today to the Dr and waited for hours. I was exhausted when I got back home. But still I had the courage to do today's set. Let's goooo

Last 1 month pilates plan I did on January, now for September I did since date 1, so today is day 4. More challenging than before, but it really makes me sweat. Thank Madeline for your kindness to share this pilates workout. I adore you 💕
