Why was it not appropriate to look in the section titled "Epidural Procedures"? You looked under "Epidural Anesthesia" but the case info mentioned "procedure" not "anesthesia"? (I am not a coder, looking into studying for it.)

You're videos are great! I'm in a medical billing/coding program, and I'm on the lesson learning CPT coding. There's an example of two codes that I can't find in the manual - Code 99397 and 99214. In the manual it skips from 99199 to 99500. What am I missing? Please help.
