i’m learning to be human again all my life i felt like at animal cuz how i was raised dealing with addiction and hate is such strong emotion in me and having to come to term with that and be a better is scary i try to be but i can’t deal with it but i’m always trying so i know my efforts won’t go to waste

I personally am stuck in this disposition, this dichotomy of good versus malevolence.. intrinsically I feel like based on nurture I am a good person, but if we regard nature, I kind of relish the abilities of past conquerors or generals to mow down people (various soldiers of opposing armies) it’s really twisted to admit but cest la Vertie

One might say evil is just an excuse to give in to your darkest or deepest desires. I don't think there is ever a thing such as true evil, unless it comes from some non-understandable monster beyond everything we know. Or perhaps evil just might be what we call our forbidden wants, which is basically the same thing as giving into ourselves. I am just trying to decipher its meaning, not looking for any arguments.
