My mum makes pizza dough very carefully by hand so she is suspicious of pre-made ones. But we saw you adding many great flavors to this pizza. 
I argued that being able to "doctor up" standard foods into something delicious is just as valuable a cooking skill as dough-making.

I have eaten avocados all my life. I live surrounded by avocado groves here in the San Diego California area and even have a tree in my back yard. But never in my life have I grilled an avocado. I'll have to try it next bbq.

You always make me hungry. Give your mom a hug for me. In Michigan, it is really hard to cook outside in the winter. I tried to cook a brisket in 6 feet of snow at 5 degrees. I gave up after five hours, it had plenty of smoke, I finished it off in the oven. It was pretty good. Great video.

This takes me back. Way back to a two week power outage after hurricane Ike. The grill was the only thing we had to cook with, and we cooked everything in the refrigerator. This is when I learned the only way to cook frozen pizza is on the grill!
