I’ve just done your two 1 week plans and now trying the 1 month plan. Just completed Day 2 of week 1 and the burn is real!! Am already starting to see improvements in my core. Thanks Madeleine for the great work outs!!
Eating cleaner and on month three of this plan, I went from 139 pounds to 125 and so toned 😊

Hey I have a question why does most of your workouts end 2 days or 5 days earlier? “7 week program” but then there is only 5 days? Is the 2 days for rest?
