Lisa, Ive been watching your videos for very long - since covid times, and Ive yet to see you try one of my favorite noodle snacks for my home country, Thailand. We have these dry noodle snacks called YumYum Chang Noi that are really good, all you have to do is crush them while they’re still in the packet and once they are mostly crushed with some small chunks left, open the packet and sprinkle in the seasoning packet, and that’s it! Eat it straight from the packet, and when your done, there might be a bit of seasoning left, and what i would recommend doing in sprinkling it on some normal snacking seaweed, thank you!
