Could also mean that the amount of the part of brain required for doing IQ tests is the same. Most of the brain is not used for conscious thought and men and women use the same amount of for solving tests. Who says that processing is evenly distributed.

Complete non-sequitur. It's just as possible that only a part of the brain is involved in IQ tests and while the overall brain is smaller, that part is about the same size.

Women's body mass is also smaller, so proportionally its the same body-to-brain mass ratio. This guy's conclusion is dumb.
