The fire rings around it might just be how it flies like how in the show dragons fly with smoke clouds and the fact that it's flames in Bloxs fruit could be a way to beat the copyright claims of it being similar to one piece that or either to passive skill like you said before

What is unfortunate is that there will inevitably be drama regardless if the cooked or not. I don't trust they cooked, and what's sad is that people are still going to glaze the update regardless.
