Greetings from a ranch in central Texas. We have a ranch hand who is close to 90. He's from mexican infian decent & has worked hard in the fiels all his life. He looks vital & strong, has smooth brown skin & keeps up w/ the younger guys. I'm always in awe. It's the daily physical  activity.

Even if you get lazy and out of shape, there's hope if you keep your weight down. (This is key)
I'm 61, 6' 4", 190
I let myself get so out of shape that it affected my marital life.
During covid I disconnected the TV and started walking hills. Then I started to run up hill only. With consistent daily movement I rolled back the clock 15 years.  I can now after a lengthy warm up , sprint and I'm faster than when I was 40 on some days.
Exercising explosively after good warmup is the key.

For the most part my excercise is shooting basketball and walking hills.  I can still grab the  rim.  I chase my rebounds so that they never make it to the street which require short burst of sprinting.

Find something you enjoy and do it like today is the last chance you'll ever have to play like a kid because it just might be.

Yup - I’m 54 and what he said is true.  The β€œfit look” is consequential to hypertrophy but focus on multiple exploding movements to stay young.  Aging is a sitting disease πŸ’ͺ🏼

Tony, one of your exercises reminded me of my childhood. My father had an old motorcycle of the 1956 project, in order to start the engine you had to turn the pedal with your foot 30-50 times.)))

There is no excuse...we live in a time where the crap they use to tell us makes no sense anymore if they ever did. Yeah man I couldn't agree more! This August I will be 57 apparently I can hardly believe it! I still feel and act like a kid perhaps I never grew up. But I do this kind of fast movements, and really only calisthenics and a little bit of kettlebells for workouts. But I'm always throwing the disc which involves all of this sprinting and running when it takes off with the wind I'm jumping and running to catch it as if my life depended on it, and maybe it does! Also little pickup games of basketball, and me and my buddies will hike up the mountains and do little 100 ft sprints up the steep hiking trails and then return to standard hiking and do that back and forth. I really think all of this is the key. Still I got to say this guy is on a whole different level and you're inspiring me and I'm going to step it up even more! πŸ”₯😎πŸ’ͺπŸ’₯πŸ‘βš‘

I"m 35 and I have osteoarthritis in my spine from years of being a CNA. I hope to reverse it and start playing basketball at the highest level I ever have. I even hope to dunk in a year, even though I've never dunked before. I'll be watching your vids for inspiration.
