Ok, free wheight exercises are not one or even 3, they are several. Cable crunches and or weighted crunches will work the same. Can also do with exercise bands. Reverse crunches with a twist will do the same and you can add weight making it more of a challenge. Hopefully you will realize that there are several science based programs, but the real world application tells the truth.
