It good that IITians, IIMians joining civil services. They raising bar for the job. At least hardworking intelligent generation will lead the country. Dr Jaishankar, ex-PM Dr Manmohan Singh (as Finance minister) Mr Ashwini Vaishnaw are great examples. These people don’t make noise. Their work and dedication bringing changes are their identity. India is changing.

@gilbertjoseph5624

Actually, there should have
" Limited quota " ( percentage restriction) for professional graduates in Civil Service Selection . The state has to spent a lot of money for their professional graduation. Professional qualification is nothing doing with civil service.., since Technical Services are rendered by professionals of respective fields.
 Professional course qualified graduates are just wasting the money of the state and opportunities of brilliant Arts and Science graduate civil service aspirants.
 Hence authorities should realise this Fact and give Limited quota ( percentage restriction)for selecting civil servants from professionally qualified civil service aspirants

Granting seats in govt colleges to affluent SC/ST individuals with rich background,who then struggle to complete the course defeats the purpose of reservations. We need reforms to ensure opportunities benefit the truly deserving and capable. #ReservationReform #EducationEquality
