I'm 74 years old.  Over time I lost my sense of smell and taste.  I tried working with essential oil therapy to no avail.  I began juicing for other reasons -- mostly kale, apple, carrot, and celery -- but then I got bored and began adding 1 inch pieces of ginger.  Imagine my surprise when I began smelling and tasting the ginger!! After a week my sense of smell and taste were fully restored!!

The way i consume ginger is raw, i chop it very finely, add it to a cup of one squeezed lemon juice and let it sit there for a few hours. Then i add a table spoon of honey to it, mix it well and drink it. Alongside it i eat a clove or two of raw garlic. I have been doing this past few weeks.

 I had chronic bronchitis with a nasty mucus coughing out. My lungs were generally a mess due to years of working in the industry and post covid syndrome.

The cough went away. Chest pain went away. I feel much better. Livelier! I actually started going on walks because i feel so energetic. And my work days are not so tedious anymore.

Safe to say i will be doing this for the rest of my life!

It works,  I had ti undergo chemo.  I had absolutely NO nausea, vomiting, brain fog etc..
I combined it with fresh squeezed lemons and vanilla cream stevia.

I had Covid and strep after a month of feeling terrible I juiced some ginger lemon orange a honey. When I drank it had a burning sensation in my lungs from it fighting the Covid I felt much better after that

I have found many benefits to daily using ginger. I make a cold drink; 8 oz cup of spring water with a packet of instant ginger tea (sometimes two packages of the ginger tea), about 6 to 8 packets of stevia (sweetener), pure lemon extract (few drops), Braggs brand of apple cider vinegar (about an 1/8 cup) add ice, stir and drink. Keeps me hydrated and being a diabetic...I can drink it all day long with only good benefits. 

I also sometimes drink ginger tea.

Also I buy the pure ginger hard candy and ginger chews...several benefits for me chewing or sucking on those. I usually have several bags of ginger candy's in my home....
