@hamtairo

Buying it one thing, running it properly (hire the right staff members) would be WHOLE different ballgame:face-turquoise-covering-eyes:

@maestrojon

Phew, I thought you meant $210,000 a night!

@nikitareshetnikov4220

It's always an amazing Saturday, when Paolo drops a new video! Thanks :face-red-heart-shape:

@DavidCadman-d5r

Paolo has a mischievous boyish charm. I have watched his videos for several years. There is lots of stuff online about Japan but nothing quite like Paolo’s. He has a very sweet manner, which is very agreeable. Thank you, Paolo. You are a gentleman.

@dwanseicheine7409

In Japan? That's a very good deal. Paolo. BUY IT!

@NicoleRodriguez411

Day in the life suggestion!! Day in the life of the old-fashioned cafe owners in Japan. Always been curious about those places ever since I watched one from a show called Samurai Gourmet. They serve spaghetti napolitan, melon soda, etc. Seems like a chill place to be 🤍✨

@allansevilla5640

Aside from the shoji window and the hole in the mens toilet, this Ryokan looks pretty decent and very well mentained. The floors are very shiny and looks good and it really doesn't look stuffy and dusty.
Ofcourse if you wanna buy this place the first thing to renovate for me is the kitchens. The toilets are pretty modern and the Japanese rooms looks very well kept.
I think if your in this kind of business this would be a pretty good catch. You just have to find the right employees that would share your vision and great suppliers for the food!
And also the onsen, one looks pretty decent with minor renovations but the other one looks newly renovated and fairly new.
Also the storage area where the futons, covers, pillow and and robes is prestine coditon and just need a bit of upgrade.
Overall ,again if your into this kind of business,this place would be a good catch.....

@Xen0gears515

That'll be a cool place for a small business owner that utilize the first floor as a bar/cafe or restaurant and the 2nd floor could be used for living.

@wheelsofmisfortune3162

I could almost feel the moistness under that jacket in the rain and humidity! Hazmat suit was a good idea in that place i think!

@Life_In_Japan_Mikhail_Vatsura

I love seeing those small details he found time on putting in the video (like at 1:22, 1:28, you can see that small cut out of Paolo hah).
And omg this weather at 13:18 hah. Great video Paolo! Keep it up! We appreciate your work! although we don't realize how much time and effort it takes to make

@rofaca

Hi, Paolo! Thank you for the upload. I hope you aren’t working too hard. Pls take care of yourself and rest when needed!

@YoloMcswaggins-n1h

Seeing rain in japan has always been so comforting to me

@maximumblue8394

Love these kinds of videos from you. Cool looking place and considering it's age well maintained. Problem is I'm short $200,000 +, so I'm gonna have to pass on it.

@beatrizyoda

I would incorporate the kitchen into the dinning area, for show cooking, to enlarge the experience of personalization and coziness

@MuhammadAli-fb6nu

It is indeed a very spacious place ! You may do endless things with that space , convert to a casual village dinner or a hotel with lodging and boarding option..

@franco3584

Paolo , You had to be tempted at that price ? That is an Amazing deal.

@ChristopherHarris6005

Awesome video as always Paolo.

@momoknows

From America NJ to Paolo great video as always love watching you always make it feel like we are there .

@ジャスティンギャビン

I’m going to move to Japan in about 10 months this is awesome I would love to visit here I don’t know where I’m going to live yet But when I have the money I might want to live in a place just like this even if it’s a hotel you can turn it into a pretty cool house
