@ChrisWillx

Locking in and being tired with Chris.

@mogin2472

Chris I think there’s a new genre here - long format workout vlogs / podcast hybrid. If you gave up your podcasts and just did these, I’d still watch it. Brilliant!

@cmaiorino11

I've never seen two people more locked in in my life. Fantastic

@samuelcarlsson8185

The quantity and especially quality of content has been extraordinary these few months, Chris! Very thankful for the entertainment, information, wisdom and conversations. Please remember to put yourself and your loved ones first - we´ll all be here no matter how many or few podcasts and videos you upload. God bless you and much love from Sweden!

@RichardRatner.1972

As a Brit, I'm super proud of you Chris crushing it in America & Canada. Big love, kindest regards, Richard U.K

@connorsaxton2920

The part about not liking people doing stuff for you because you feel like you have to do something for them is so accurate

@street1ne

This guy has so much confidence, and still so humble. Thank you for sharing your day.

@calvingonder3246

I don't comment on stuff normally but I wanted to with this video. There is something so wholesome and genuine when two young but very established successful and talented men work through a day of life side by side. I had two overwhelming realizations watching this as a fairly fit and accomplished 30-year-old. (not as accomplished as these hyper-performance men okay not trying to insinuate that) But those two realizations are this. 1. As men we really aren't that different. We joke about grunts. We talk about our goals. We see the world through similar experiences and wonder. Like a woman giving birth. Or a sandwich without crust shared with a child. Whatever it is we can relate to it. This is something I don't think about much but it is beautiful. 2. There is no secret squirrel stuff. It's just doing the hard stuff and taking the time to pursue greatness. It's being motivated when you aren't. It's taking the rest when needed. It's walking slowly but moving forward to run another day. I loved it. Such genuine good men and strong. People like these two become idols for the rest of us so we can move toward our own accomplishments knowing we too can achieve the bodies and lifestyles we know are attainable.

@Mindshift9

This is the best part of Youtube. You get to learn most efficient techniques from the professional bodybuilder like CB for free of cost. I think gratitude is what I am feeling right now.

@MasonYaskovic

No need to visit the analytics page to show you what the algorithm thinks your audience wants to see - we're here to tell you directly this is EXACTLY the kind of content we're here for.

@jakewatson3092

Cbums off-season was so chill all year and then just time to win BOOM bro arguably looked his best after such a chill year

@K.Dog.

Chris W is like "why are people listening to me about working out" whilst also having a physique better than 99% of people. its just that cbum is the 000.1 but Chris is also in the top 1%. Love you both

@blake4454

absolutely love this format, feels like it heals my brain rot by just listening to people talk without all the noise and nonsensical editing of other gym training with X person videos that other creators put out.

@spencersivco8503

The comment Chris made about listening with prep brain is so real 😂
I remember being on a Zoom call at 2 weeks out of my first show and taking like 10 seconds to start responding to what the person was saying and stumbling through the conversation. Good times

@KrishnaMahajan1207

The chemistry between you two is refreshing yet commendable

@TheEncouragementKid

man Chris is JACKED, Bumstead looking aiight too

@DimitarParvanov27

Its Saturday night, almost midnight, watching Chris Bumstead and Chris Williamson having a conversation while in the gym is great !

@Iambrahman12

That control at 140lb dumbbells in the chest press is actually insane

@lars1480

Cbom is absolutely right his maturity in his muscle Will stand out this Year and give him number 6 MR O title😊

@whojackmann
