Cool video, a little late, but I'll give you my thoughts... Lived in Buffalo for about 30 years, started at UB in '87. At that time, Duff's on Sheridan and Millersport was the only Duffs, it was just a kinda divey neighborhood bar between UB's Main Street and Amherst campus, and we went there all the time after drinking for wings. After 30 years, there are tons of great wing/pizza places all over Buffalo, and neighborhoods all have their favorites. For me, Duff's is the gold standard though, the original Duffs...the other ones for sone reason just don't seem as good. That being said, Bar Bill's is also very popular, but being in the Southtowns, never stopped unless I was down tht way. By far, again, IMHO Charlie the Butchers and Schwabl's have the best beef on weck in town. Also, if you catch it when they have it, Charlies Prime Rib sandwich is the frickin' bomb of bombs! Man, I miss Buffalo, I love Texas, but its not Buffalo. We do have a Duff's in Southlake for emergencies, thank god!
