Dawg, it takes 10 minutes to run to Riffi from berizno.. absolutely no way you looting the medical and the fire and getting through town and getting to riffi in any less than 30 min. And unless youâre playing some modded server, youâre not gonna find very much of an NBC suit at the berizino fire station. Everything in berizino is always hard looted on official.

You can go to the krazno medical airfeilds and loot the tents for nbc and hop to the next server and repeat till you have the full nbc then get a dry bag and just put your full nbc in a dig spot close to the boat so you can fully loot the boat eveytime you die you just need to get something to dig it up

Did this on high pop official server but was lucky enough to get m4 and svd both with night vision scopes and both suppressors and a 60rd mag for the m4, had it all in under 10 mins using this method

Use this trick alot just run str8 to riffy grab some gear and respawn but it's alot more fun to take the journey of getting all the right gear traveling the map and then the satisfaction of getting the good gear after putting in the work

I dont bother with the med. Just have ur duo wait there and just charge in repeatedly with intentions to die. I stopped doing this kinda thing though cuz m4 from the start is less fun. Im in it for the adventure qnd the hardships. 4k+ hours and it still never gets old. Been my #1 game for years

Fun fact though, there can only be 1 ak and 1 m4 spawned on the map at any time, and considering people almost never go into the gas zones, the spawn points at the place you aren't are probably full, WHICH MEANS! if you are okay being a little cheesy, after you find and m4 or AK, log out in that gas zone for about a minute so the game registers that there is nobody nearby, and when you log back in there will be a new m4 or ak spawned at the location you are cause it can't spawn at the other one. Last time I played dayz I totally built my base on top of the hospital in that other gas zone, was super fun and cool but also led me to figure out that exploit, as every time I would do a loop around the base I was finding 2 Ak's, one at the start and then again back when I would get back to the start. Ended up with several crates of m4's n shit
