Great intro man and this burger is totally creative! I actually just thought of trying birria for the first time, I've never had it before. That meat is extremely appetizing and I'm loving the fries with the burger. Seriously looks like a restaurant-quality meal, I'm loving everything about it and the pico is an awesome touch!
