Black widow ult being like glue was the one of the main reasons she was still usable, they nerfed the worse character in the game. She doesnt need more ammo she needs a faster fire rate.

Actually Black Widow was buffed, you just didn't read it completely or didn't put it here on purpose. She can 1hk with her Ultimate, because it applies vulnerability now, that's why the slow effect get nerfed

As a Storm main who regularly deals with unibeam spam from Ironman, the idea that that's the ability that needed a buff is insane to me. If anything, I'd have given the AOE on his standard attack a buff so he'd do more AOE damage and not have to rely on those slow missiles to hit dead center to do better damage. Ironman characters already practically what only to unibeam in their charged-up state, so this just makes zero sense. Also, you said something about a Storm debuff but then didn't include it in the video?
