I'm at this stage, lost 50lbs on MJ and still 50 to go. No-one at work has noticed at all!!! but my post woman, a grocery store worker and a dog walker I see have all commented. I don't know if my colleagues are withholding or if being a 55 y/o woman I am so invisible to them that they can't see it.

Im on mounjaro shot 💉 med and I used to be 300 and my Dr has me on carnivore diet and low carb and I'm down 236 ...still losing weight... working on it too...i hope i can get down 170 o will be happy 😊...i love watching your grocery list abd food cooking you do mel...love your channel ❤..i eat strawberries love them and apples and few bananas those are my favorites

Thank you so much for this post. I weigh 260 and have been working on eating whole foods and regular movement since January 6 of this year and feel like not much is happening. I definitely noticed this fact. I have about 60 pounds left to lose from the 130 pounds overweight I had 10 years ago. Super slow weight loss due to health issues. I definitely look smaller, however I still look the same just a tad smaller. Its been defeating because I know this is the real battle point im getting into and its becoming increasingly difficult. The same tricks are no longer working so i keep having to pivot.
I want to loose 85 pounds total. I’ve lost 23 in the past year and I don’t really notice it. It’s getting a little discouraging. My labs have improved a bit and that is making me happy and I’m increasing my muscle. I really needed to hear this today.

I'm sitting at about 250lbs, standing at about 5'9 as a 32 year old woman. I've never been athletic and didn't have a stellar nutritional foundation growing up. Seeing that you lost this weight at 47 gives me hope where things are beginning to feel heavy. I'm still not even sure where to start, but I would very much like to try.
I'm down 24lbs, and I keep saying I'm not noticing a change. I keep going, though ❤ I still have about 20lbs to go. 😊 Thank you for this video.
I hear ya I’ve lost 120 on my own and still have like 20 to go this has been the battle it won’t come off no matter what I do. Gonna try organic plan based to see what happens Jesus help me lol
