@larenzobraxton7494

So basically Gundam what if

@KuroiAmagi

bc this is set around basically what you could call the "Zeta Era" but like 2 years back, we could see Lieutenant Quattro Bajeena.

@nomelitoarquillano7454

it makes the most sense a zaku-looking police MS in the trailer

@Christian-ll1hq

I’ll admit, I was disappointed this doesn’t take place after G-Reco, then again, the only reason I made that theory was because the GQX kinda resembled the Mack Knife

@Triggermappy

It's Anno's vision of Gundam. It's fine as an AU.

@hoppy8008

Holy crap, this is a Gundam anime where Challia Bull is still alive, which means Amuro was killed way before the White Base's return to space or at Solomon.

@CircuitReborn

So a spinoff timeline like Gaia Gear o.o maybe we can finally get Gaia Gear canonical...

@brandonott7044

I think your getting Solomon and ABow A qu confused. The final battle was at A Bow Aqu, Solomon was we’re Dozal was killed and the big zam was destroyed.

@justan324

maybe in this timeline sence char knw about the project he was with that team that infiltrated side 7 were the gundam, stoped that glory hound from giving them away and then took the gundam by sneaking in

@Donlad222

oh yeaaaaah a Gihren's Greed AU timeline!

@matteste

To add on to the fact that Amate is anewtype, we can actually briefly see the newtype flash in the trailer.

I do hope however that the whole clan battle plot point is just the setup for the rest of the series and not a central focus for the plot.

@jueljohnson41

Minor nitpick, but Solomon Fortress was actually the first major space offensive of the Federation after the White Base re-entered Space back from Earth. It was where Dozle had his last stand with the Big Zam. The last battle in the OG timeline was actually the Battle of A Bao A Qu, though in this alternate timeline, where Zeon wins, I think it makes a lot more sense for the last Battle of the war to be the Battle of Solomon instead of A Bao A Qu, since the Federation winning Solomon is essentially where they managed to reverse Zeon's dominance in Space, and A Bao A Qu was something of a desperate last stand, being fought at the last base protecting Zeon's homeland. I think if the Federation didn't win at A Bao A Qu, the war would've probably ended up either a stalemate or become much more drawn out, whereas I can conceivably see Zeon still end up controlling the Earth Sphere if they managed to win at Solomon.

@RickDomII

I'm hoping they include the Zaku 1. It'd be cool to see it doing more civillian oriented roles since the war's over.

@secondbeamship

I want to see Amuro pilot the Zeong (Feong?) but in Gundam colors.

@piperfoxofficial

If its revealed that this version of char is possessing the red gundam i wouldn't be remotely surprised because knowing the original UC timeline that would be such a char aznable thing to do

@Xav-ky9js

7:16 The unit is likely named after Challia Bull from UC as well.
A captain in Zeons newtype corps, which Char commands.

4:26 The funnel bits resemble the funnels used by the Elmeth

5:58 You are confusing Solomon Fortress with A Bao qu, the battle of A Bao Qu is where First Gundam (and the one year war) ends.

@The360hellspawn

I think char stole gundam before it was operational which would explain why it looks so different

@benbreeck3363

So, basically, What if Zeon pulled of in the Original, what ZAFT managed in Gundam SEED? I'm there!

@ethanmontgomery4744

Don't want to get too excited about something that is only speculation but, how cool would it be if this gets a prologue episode like WFM where it recreates the very first MSG episode except we follow Char and see him either beat or even kill Amaro and claim the Gundam as his own, securing victory for Zeon and then we jump forward to the start of this series. Depending on how events play out maybe we could even see an alternate version of Amaro if he survived, one that mentors the protagonist and helps her succeed where he failed at a critical point in the war.

@DeidaraSanji

I really really realllly want to see Gato and Delaz alive, well and happy.
