I've learned on my skin, being both a canditate and sometimes a recruiter, that people (clients) looking to hire designers just want to look at your works, in the fastest way possible, expecially when they got 200 portfolios to review in 1 day. Nobody cares about your "workflow" (probably can't even understand) or about a chilly music, they will judge and choose you barely on the final results and products. They just want to know if you can deliver or not. The other most important thing is the usability. nobody will hires you if they can't navigate your galleries! Spend some time learning how to code to display your stuff in the best, fastest and easy way! That's why I cut off all that crap out of my portfolio and let the works speak for me and for themselves! just my 2 cents

ohh exactly what I needed! I am redoing my portfolio website as I 'm applying for jobs (justgraduated uni) and I had a simple adobe portfolio but I'm thinking of going to wix and have it more interactive! lets hope for the best! <3

Any recommendations for free websites that can create such interactive portfolios without the premium pricing? What are your thoughts on using Figma to create a portfolio? A prototype can do some of this work but it would be really complex.
