I like Virginia,I feel like she's doing her job very well because of how knowledgeable she is with everywhere they're going

@flyingzone356

When I first bumped into this channel completely by accident, I thought it was just one of the ten thousand food-focused YouTube channels out there. Man, was I wrong! This channel, I daresay, is among the top 5 or even top 3 best food-focused channels on YouTube. There are three major factors for its success. Number 1, of course, is the amazing host. He is full of energy, unpretentious, adventurous, respectful, non-judgmental, yet honest about the food that he eats. If he doesn't like something, he will tell you, but he never uses that as an excuse to bash the entire cuisine of the country. Second is the range of food that is show-cased in the videos, ranging from the most down-to-earth to the most exquisite. This is what a really good YouTube food channel should be like. Third is the destinations which include places that most people will not dream of visiting themselves (e.g. Central Asia, the Amazon jungle).

I'm so glad to see Virginia back! Those older Hong Kong videos are great and so funny and informative. She's full of energy and excited. And since that video when I see fish balls I think of her everytime (and that sir making fish balls with that machine to press the fish and saying the channel isn't much. Well, sir, what about now?!). Great video! I'm curious about wonton noodles now

@StuPidasle

haha I think Sonny found his arch-nemesis with Ms. Virginia. She's very bubbly and a joy to watch.

@endershader

1. your editing team is just one of my favorites on youtube; huge kudos.

2. this was such a fun trio (including wife!!!) to watch.

great video team <3

@TheeSweatyYetiSMStudios

I love how you guys are unfiltered*for the most part*. I love seeing the blurbs and extras you guys have while displaying the culture and foods of different places.. that little added extra comedy really makes me.look forward to every one of these videos. You guys keep killing it.

@jacobsimpson347

@Peg79

@fidgetgadget3475

thank you for this beautiful footage. ( especially of the wok pan toss that was nice) may blessings come to you and your family

@echan275

8:51, 方榮記. This is the hot pot place the Hong Kong gangsters hang out place. That’s what it is famous for, not the beef.

@ChadLingard

I really love the co-hosts on this channel.

@dhanzzz4510

Finally HK series again! I feel like the last time you visited there your video still haven't covered everything yet, so this gonna be great

@ronaldli5

little bloopers made into edits like that at 5:45 makes this so much funnier, thank you

@rantsofedub

The first one is NOT a noodle. Us HKers have never ever classified it as a noodle. It’s a street food snack.

@JimmyFu1980

I hope there are many more episodes in HK!

@helenmiiasoeyso7323

I miss all the food from my hometown Hong Kong, thanks for the video and hope you had a great time there! One noodle recommendation for you to try next time (or you may already have tried! haha) Cart Noodles 車仔麵!I wish NYC has something like that, Cart noodles is one of the most unique and local cantonese dishes in HK in my opinion! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Anyway, Great content as always!
