What a brilliant soup! I made it inspite of the fact I had no basil! π The butter, the fennel, turmeric and potato adds a superb twist to the flavour of the soup. Instead of chopping the potato, you can grate it. Then it just needs 8 minutes on an open flame. If you add just enough water to the vegetables to cover it, then you can drain that soup into a bowl, add cold water to the mixie jar and immediately add the cooked vegetables to the jar. You donβt need to wait for it to cool. Then add the drained stock and ground vegetables to the saucepan and cook for another 2 minutes. If you donβt have basil, garnish the soup with crushed pumpkin seeds. Itβs yum!!

Wow so stylish n high value nutritional soup. Packed with punch when it's come 2 flavour . The basil adds aromatic pungent flavour. When herbs r added 2 dishes they all excess salt. Thanks a.million sir 4 yur splendidly healthy n taste-buds tickle soup. At lunch I had borsh soup served with 1 spoon of sour dahi.
