My grandma made me birotes when I would visit her as a kid it is like a torta but just beans and queso fresco btw i traveled on that cobblestone road!.

I went to Guadalajara for hernia surgery in 2017. They did a wonderful job and i enjoyed my time there recovering.

In comparison to Mexico City, Guadalajara is wildly underrated as a principal tourist destination. However, Guadalajara arguably has just as much to offer as Mexico's capital and even boasts experiences and cultural heritage you simply won't find in Mexico City.
