@SKYrise

I quit juuling about 5 months ago, now I feel the need to smoke an occasional cigarette. I’m not sure what’s better.... having a juul in your back pocket that you smoke constantly, or having a pack of cigarettes that lasts you over a month. Thoughts?

To save you a little bit of time
.
The least harmful : Vape
In between : IQOS
The most harmful : Cigarettes

@SoIoCreep

I started smoking in 1986 and switched to vaping a few years ago. Lowered my nicotine over time and eventually quit. Haven't vaped in about 6 months. Good luck everyone.

@RogerStevens-hs4ju

I started vaping and smoking cigarettes since my teenage. Spent my whole life fighting Cigarettes addiction. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Was actually diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

@canmc

I smoked regular cigarettes for 20 years (1 Pack a day), then switched to IQOS (half Pack a day) for 1 year, and then finally felt able to quit completely smoking for now about 1,5 years. So its possible to stop. Just do it. 😊

@BrendaYelting

It's the first time that I see an ACTUAL comparison between smoking vs vaping. We all know it's better to not do any, but for those who are already hooked on tabaco this information is gold. Thanks a ton !!

@irfanbrohe1513

My father quit smoking when he saw me smoking for the first time. 😌

@elenikargakos8920

As an IQOS user, I need to tell you that even on their own campaigns they clearly state that they are NOT aiming to people that are trying to quit smoking and IN NO WAY does their product assists to it, rather it’s a device to replace cigarettes with a “healthier” version! They are very careful about this! Other than that, as a former cigarette smoker, I have to say I do feel better and can say that it feels like I’ve gained back lung capacity! I can laugh, run, go up and down stairs and I don’t feel like having to catch a breath or cough like a maniac!

@markisaki979

A great video with a very unbiased point of view. I always suspected that the IQOS would not be safer than vaping, but be somewhere in the middle, but I didn't expect it to actually produce almost no aerosol when it is puffed. No flavours would still be a turn off, as I switched to a vape for that purpose over IQOS, as I can imagine the latter still tastes like a stinky cigarette. Whatever you choose though, it's better than staying on the path of accelerated death.

@theobaldmathew88

The great thing with IQOS I found was that it made me no longer like the taste of tobacco this was not the same with vapes. So it was really good in helping me quite smoking cigarettes. However the downfall of IQOS is that it is 8 pounds for a 20 pack of IQOS heats. IQOS is being heavily promoted because Philip Morris owns the brand so with the fall in cigarette consumption Philip Morris is aiming to get a large market share in the new vape industry. For example Philip Morris have raised the price of the cigarette products and puts advertising inside their products to smoke IQOS instead.

@TheMrB

Well done Britains healthcare system, instead of dancing around the fact trying to warn people away from vaping, they say it is not good for you but is 95% better than cigarettes. That is the info I need. Thanks Joe a great video.

@CorvusCorax12d

Switched from normal cigs to IQOS about a year ago and after a week I stopped coughing every morning I wake up. I don't feel like my neck is disgusting and filled of gunk.

@danielitasssss5289

“Iqos is not appealing to young people “
*Laughing in Italian

@MsJeany888

Actually Iqos comes in different flavors in Europe and Russia. In Europe Iqos is very common, and vaping is not as popular as smoking sigarettes or Iqos.

@LadiRoman

My problem with vaping is you don't know when to stop. On the other end with Iqos you have the aspect of finishing cigarette and you know when you're done. So I choose Iqos before Vape, even tho I do both after I quit regular smoking.

@hensulishitberg4949

My dad doesnt smoke but he did get cigarettes 9 years ago never
 came back

@carlonbuinji8218

Cigarette is the Healthiest
You know why
Because the President of the Philippines said so.

@zsoltsterczer6552

I love that you are not as agressive with this video.
Usually I find that most people who talk about smoking come off like "if you smoke even one, you will die within an hour".
Or the you must quit NOW type of messages.
It makes me usually feel like I don't want to listen and feel attacked, and this pushes me to stick more to the smoking.

Thank you for this understanding tone, it comes off more like an advice not an order.

I feel like with empathy and step by step harm reduction guidance more can be achieved than the "quit smoking now, becuase it's bad for you" type messages.
I tend to feel like a failure listening to people who quit by just stopping one day.

@haykymadalina

I've been smoking Iqos for 3 years now and my entire family as well. My dad used to be a heavy smoker and now we all use Iqos and saw all the benefits. Our sense of smelling things is better, we stopped caughing and we are breathe easier when we are exercising. Also, iqos is Not more unhealthy than vaping. The flavors inside the vape are chemicals which are not that healthy while iqos has a dry smoke made from natural tabaccom

@Kate-hh8yi

18 yrs smoking- 6 yrs smoke free, vaping saved my life!
