hello Isha i have a doubt regarding the exemptions from registration. Explanation to section 3(2) of RERA says that if the project is to be completed in phases then every such phase is to be treated as standalone project and the section exempts the projects from registration where number of apartments are less than or equal to 8. keeping in mind the provision and the explanation can it be said that if a project is to be developed in phases (say 3 4 phases) and each such phase consist of less than 8 apartments then registration is not required.?
