Very accurate and true right from the start. No sooner did she say "Right now you are watching this video while not fully paying attention". She was 100% correct, as this forced my awareness to the many thoughts playing in the back of my mind as she spoke. Will be making a conscious effort to apply this and make it a daily routine.
