Was quite excited to learn about this new plugin at first. Unfortunately, when you put the form on a popup with popup maker it turns out to be a disappointment. The format of the 2 columns was completely lost. Instead, it only displays a single column form. Did some researches and realized that this issue was reported back in April 2018. But still today, this bug is still not fixed. I put a wpform on the same popup to be fair to Forminator. Guest what, wpform display as expected, displaying the 2 columns perfectly. SAD for the Forminator.

With the "Select" field, is there a way for the default selection to be blank, rather than show the first option in the list? Thank you for this plugin, it's been very helpful

Thanks for the excellent video. I love forminator but haven't figure out how to set up a option where the customer can order multiple quantities of single item. Say they wanted to order 3 T-Shirts of medium size. Please give me some direction this. Or is this a feature of the PRO version? I am a litlle lost.

What about percentages instead of dollar amounts? Adding sales tax percentage for an example.

I have made every single step, in the edited page this form is visible but in the saved viewing page this form doesn't appear at all! WHY???

Very nice plugin. I need to keep a blank field to enter the amount by the customer. It shouldn't be a fixed price. Is it posible with this plugin

Dear Team, its a great plugin but unfortunately whenever i'm making the stripe setting live from test, the application behaving abnormal. visibility rules not working , not getting payment option etc. am i missing out something? is there any additional plugin required to make the payment mode live?
