I like the steam review comment "AC Shadows is a game that tells the story of Johnny Somali, who time travels to the feudal era of Japan."
If it dies, it dies
'Gamers need to be comfortable with not owning games' - Ubisoft exec. 'Ubisoft need to be comfortable for us not paying for the game' - Captain jack sparrow.
Ubisoft deserves this, they have been soo anti consumer lately that they have to learn the hard way
"And nothing of value was lost" we all say in unison
Blame gamers, insult them and destroy your legacy, and lose your business. If I was fired I would blame no one but those at the top not the consumers.
Keep in mind that AC Odyssey didn't release on Steam until years after its actual launch, hence the smaller numbers. Meaning that AC Shadows flopping even harder than you thought.
It's kinda sad in a way, all the cool games from 10+ years ago they used to make, the humble beginnings with Rayman. It didn't have to be like this.
Don't.. Don't give me hope..
I guess Ubisoft needs to get used to not owning their own games after another company buys their ips at a discount
I won't even pirate this game if i have the chance
You know something's wrong when a company announced player count instead of copies sold.
"Go woke, go broke" has never had as much truth to it like right now
Ubisoft bankrupcy -> Tencent buys it -> new AC in China -> actually good game -> great reception -> soft power gain
0:17 bro really needed a calculator for that xDD
Only 51.8%? We need to go further beyond.
RIP Ubisoft (1986 - 2025) Caused of Death: DEI
Look on the bright side, we have Yasuke Simulator for under $5.
The fact that there are still so many bots saying that the game will sell tens of millions of copies is insane.
