You are a genius! I had a fall two years ago that jarred my whole body into a huge slumped over knot. I thought I was never going to be the same. I've been watching you for a year now. Every video I watch has been a life saver. God bless you.

@yuvraj8494

No one has ever been so clear in explaining. Thanks a million.

@robin472

Yes--I was in an accident that jammed my midsection and bruised my ribs--weeks and weeks of pain and hunching over, this will help thank you

Your approach impresses me!!! I have a background in teaching about the human body, and, am appreciating your sharing it on you tube. I am still learning!

@YA667G

Scapula pull ups worked wonders for my posture, when nothing else i tried worked.
Don’t see anyone talking about it.

@FermaTech

I can say this as someone who ended up in a wheelchair after developing PoTS and blacked out 30 times a day (I'm not embellishing) posture and core strength is everything. After strengthening my core and mindfully staying in good posture (my pelvis is hypermobile) my syncopal attacks reduced significantly, my IBS has almost disappeared and I can walk much better although I still get fatigued.

@ddshealthy

Yes! Muscles can be tight and weak. I think you might really like the first chapters in Applied Kinesiology by Gavin and Walther.

@СэрВегангстер

Omg, tnx a lot , you are the best, the other exercises not helped. 2 minutes and I'm fine

@rogersockwell

Another great reason to fix it is the way it likewise overemphasizes my moobs and belly. Definitely need to stand and sit with good posture. Thanks for posting the video.
