I love videos like this with no talking, no cutesy attitude, no stories about vacation etc.... just sheer inspiration and wonder! thank you so much!
As a life-long crafter, I can say that there is nothing quite like the feeling I get when I complete a project and can sit back and say, "*I* made that." I would like to see handsewing, quilting, patchworking, embroidery, needlepoint, cross stitch, knitting, and crocheting, etc. taught to any child or juvenile who wanted to learn it.
Ànd she doesnt sell the top 50 necessities for embroidery. Just her skill which is worth more than the junk that others sell on their channel, new improved needles, frames, storage boxes and lighting. Just her skill. Amazing!
Stunning - this is one of the most amazing needlework tutorials that I have seen - I was mesmerised. Without the need for spoken language I was treated to an excellent tutorial on bag making and a beautiful sampler of embroidery stitches too. Thank you Thuy for taking the time to show this. x
THIS is why the cost of true handmades is well beyond what most people can afford and why manufactured copies supplant the livelihood of crafters. It's also why often crafters don't want to sell their work. They want to display it at home to look at forever. 😄 This is absolutely a stunning, slow-stitched piece! 🥰I'm thinking of making a decorative pillow cover.
That bag is a work of art!!! Thank you for sharing the entire process.
We never wasted anything and made some gorgeous scrap quilts. On rainy cold days we sat around table talking drinking hot tea working on quilts. We shared much bonding. When we had a finished product we entered it in the State Fair of Texas Women's Exhibits Building at Fair Park in Dallas. If there was any prize money...Momma saved it too...for necessities!
Eine ganz wundervolle Idee in dieser stressigen Zeit
I love how this project turns scraps of fabric into something beautiful! Such a creative way to upcycle old materials.
This is the kind of handbag that people should pay $$$s for instead of the branded ones like LV and MK which are all machine made! Such a beautiful work of art! Incredible and amazing! God bless your work!
You made stitches I’ve never seen before. Simply beautiful. My mom’s friend and her mother were in the hat making business back in the 40s. She made a gorgeous crazy quilt that won the state fair. I have it framed in my dining room. My granny was mesmerized by it, as there were stitches on it she had never seen before too. This is an art that is only truly respected by those who know the skill, time, love and creativity that go into making such beautiful pieces. There’s really no price that can be put on these pieces of art, that makes sense to those who don’t know the work that goes into them.
So relaxing just to watch & listen to pretty music! I learned something new today - Adhesive batting ~~ Blessed Be ~~
Absolutely beautiful and one lady said in her comment hand work never pays I do a lot of baby knitting and trust me this is true most of the time I give it away ,because people just don’t want to pay for your hours of work.
Simply stunning. Imaginative use of scrap fabric and hand embroidery put together to make a bag. Everything I like. Thank you so much for sharing. From. UK. X
This hand sewing project is perfect for doing while watching TV. The decorative stitching and simple embroidery are addictive and relaxing. Great idea!
You have such a great eye for detail. A few simple stitches, and it is transformed to a beautiful work of art. Love your pen by the way!
Волшебство. Оно происходит на глазах, +под соответствующую музыку. Гипноз! Это ЛЕЧЕБНЫЙ РОЛИК.
