I did this two times with a 10 min break between them and burned 300 calories which was impressive. As a beginner this workout is very useful and not too hard to do.

Walking workouts have been such a gamechanger. Great way to burn calories without excessive intensity, gentle enough on the joints.

Wow , after just finishing a 2 hour homework assignment  , just felt so mentally drained . Then a light bulb went on "let's move with our girl Jo" .  Just completed this work out and I felt revived . Thank you Jesus for the gift of revival you have given Jo .  Now I can get to folding and putting away the mountain of clothes that awaits me in my room .  Thank you Jo!!! I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me .

These workouts are amazing! They aren't so hard that I want to give up. When I'm done I'm not totally exhausted, I feel like I've done a really good thing by just moving my body!! love it!!!

okay so Im in week 2 of Jo's walking workouts and guys I am so much stronger. I completed the workout without stopping at any point. It was challenging but usually where I stop certain workouts, today I was able to do them all without any problem! Only my 6th workout and 2nd week in and I am stronger. Even walking to the bus stop after work is so much easier! It used to be so tiring! And its just a 15min walk. Jo, ilysm!!! And I hope this encourages someone much like so many comments on Jo's channel encourage me

More of these, they fit into my day while my kids nap perfectly, under 20 mins and super easy, and challenging for this momma to follow postpartum! Your format and rest period and coming up next flow is perfect. Plus I’m not making a ton of noise while the littles sleep! Once a week like this please!

Love indoor walking workouts. Looking for more concentrating on thighs, stomach/waist and with weights! For some reason the walking workouts give me more energy. The walking workouts are fun make me happy:)
